Fraud Seems to Be an Issue in Real Estate Transactions

It did not surprise me when my friend, who is a Denver real estate attorney, told me that he is handling all kinds of fraud cases. Most of his clients are the home owners filing lawsuits against their mortgage company, but occasionally his client is the mortgage company who is suing the homeowner for fraud and misrepresentation on specific items on the mortgage application form. Either way he is staying very busy in both the residential and commercial real estate markets.
